Vintage Oak Farms SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

The following copy is designed to be added to your website as a dedicated "Terms & Privacy" page or appended to your existing policies. It contains all mandatory clauses required by The Campaign Registry (TCR), CTIA, TCPA, and JustCall for 10DLC A2P compliance approval.

Privacy Policy for SMS Messaging

At Vintage Oak Farms, we prioritize your privacy and the security of your personal information. When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your name, phone number, and any other information you provide during the opt-in process.

No Mobile Information Sharing:We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile information or opt-in consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used strictly to provide you with the services, information, and updates you requested from Vintage Oak Farms. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver these communications on our behalf.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Vintage Oak Farms, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Program DescriptionVintage Oak Farms offers an SMS messaging program that provides opted-in users with venue pricing pamphlets, appointment reminders, event planning updates, promotional offers, and general two-way customer support communication.

2. Message FrequencyMessage frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your event planning. You can expect to receive periodic updates, but we respect your inbox and limit promotional messages.

3. Message and Data RatesAs with any text messaging service, standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier plan. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. How to Opt-OutYou can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out of receiving text messages from Vintage Oak Farms, simply reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Customer Care and SupportIf you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us at sissi@vintageoaksfarm.com.

6. Carrier LiabilityCarriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Consent is Not a Condition of PurchaseYour consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Vintage Oak Farms. You do not need to opt in to SMS messages to use our services or book our venue.

8. Age RestrictionBy opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
