Our Wedding Package
Your rental fee gives you exclusive access to our 10 acres and all facilities from 9am - 12midnight (that's 15 hours!) and includes:

 

Indoor event hall (ideal for intimate wedding ceremony and or cocktail hour  for 50 – 75 guests)

Garden pavilion ceremony site (seating maximum 100)

Live oaks tree-lined open air chapel (seating 200+)

Separate groom's cabin

Separate bridal suite

Reception tables and chairs to seat 110

Bistro tables and chairs to seat 50

20 - 6’ rectangle banquet / buffet tables

10 – 6’ round tables (seats 100)

2 moveable bars

4 moveable – cake table, guest book table, gift table

One-time in-house furniture set-up based on desired layout

 

Outdoor lounge with chairs and tables

Optional use of corn hole and other games on luscious lawn

Fire-pit area with surround seating

Caterer's prep kitchen in event hall

Full bar with ice machine in event hall

Luxury Lodging

Hunters Cabin – 1 Queen, full kitchen, full bath, rainwater serviced

Red Rooster – 1 Queen, 1 Queen Murphy bed, full kitchen, full bath, rainwater serviced, AC/Heat, television, internet, board games, snacks & beverages

Bridal Suite – 1- King bed, ensuite coffee & tea, large rainwater shower, AC/Heat, internet, snacks & beverages

Little Perks

Engagement photo shoot on the property with our 1930 Model A or with our gorgeous quarter horses;

Rehearsal during full day rental time or, when available, a two-hour time during the week before the event for no additional fee. 

One-night honeymoon stay in our Honeymoon suite provided there's no event booked for the following day.

One Year Anniversary stay in one of our cabins.  We would love to have you back on your anniversary, stay free – weekday only; provided there is no other event booked.

 

No hidden fees!

You are allowed to bring your own alcohol. 

Outside vendors are welcome!

FAQs

Do you offer linens, tableware and other rental options? 

Linens, tableware and additional items of furniture are not included in your rental fee. 

 

  • We have black tablecloths for rectangle food tables and White linens for 6’ round reception tables that you can rent for $100. 

  • We also have 2 propane space heaters that you can rent for $30/heater, 

  • A ceremony natural arch arbor for $25, 

 

Beyond that, we have a list of great "Event Rentals" vendors that you can work with in our Vendor List for other types of linens, your tableware and other items too. 

 

Are we responsible for the set up and break down/clean up of the decorations? 

We include the set-up of our in-house furniture in your venue rental fee. This set up will be done in accordance with the layout communicated to us during your final walkthrough, 14 days before your special day. It is then the responsibility of you and your coordinator/planner to finesse the set up and decorate. It is also your responsibility to break down and clean up after the event. 

 

Can we set up the day before?

The day before setup fee is $500, starting 3pm or later, as long as no other events are booked.

 

What if it rains on my wedding day? Does your venue have a rain plan?

If there is rain, the available option is to flip the Garden Pavilion, so you can host both your ceremony and reception in our largest indoor space. Transitioning the pavilion from ceremony to reception is the responsibility of the renter, (Usually catering crew can handle this) and should be coordinated by your appointed coordinator or hired planner. A more extensive rain plan involving a tent, can be something you can plan for with your wedding planner in advance. We have the perfect spot.

 

What are your accommodation offerings?

Our luxury lodging at Vintage Oaks Farm:

  • Red Rooster sleeps 4 and offers a unique experience with kitchen and dining space, full bath with luxurious rainwater shower, gorgeous private bedroom with queen-size bed, living space with comfortable Murphy cabinet queen sofa bed.  TV & Internet access, Airbnb Red Rooster

  • Hunters Cabin sleeps 2 in a comfortable queen sized bed. Everything you need to cook or relax by the firepit with surround seating.  Picnic at the outdoor picnic table and just hang out and pick wild berries in the front yard. Our bridal salon is upstairs in the event hall with its own entrance, make up stations, ensuite champagne bar, separate lounge area seating. 

 

Our Grooms lounge (The Red Rooster) is a lovely 1 bdrm cabin with easy access to the Garden Pavilion and Event Hall.

Do you allow camping onsite?

Yes we do!! If there are a number of campers you may want to think about renting a shower trailer.
